As the Executive Vice President of TPO, Amy leads all facets of our Third Party Originations channel. Amy joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage in 2019 with an impressive track record of success in implementing origination platforms, building successful mortgage brands and exponentially growing market share for national firms in Third Party Origination.
Amy is a skilled strategist and is widely known throughout the industry as a visionary leader and a problem solver with an acute attention to the details. She is an innovator with a questioning mindset of “why not” and is passionate about transforming the experience for all within the wholesale mortgage ecosystem.
Amy is the recipient of numerous industry awards, having received the “2019 Most Powerful Women in Mortgage Banking” award from National Mortgage Professional and the “2018 Women of Influence” award from HousingWire.

As the Vice President/Divisional Sales Director, Rob leads both the big picture strategy and market share growth for our Western division. Rob’s career has always been in the Wholesale Lending Channel, and his success was evident early on when he was named Branch Manager at Aegis Wholesale Corporate at the age of 28. Throughout his 20 year career, he has worked at national lenders such as Caliber Home Loans, Plaza Home Mortgage, and most recently Home Point Financial.
Rob joins the Sierra Pacific Mortgage team with an impressive track record of recruiting large Account Executive teams with consistent high production results. Having started his mortgage career in operations, he has an innate respect for the workflow and understanding of production’s role in optimizing efficiencies. Both his drive and sales experience make him an exceptional asset to both our broker partners and team.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Jeff graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance. He also earned his CMB designation in 2005 from the Mortgage Bankers of America.
Jeff’s role is to oversee the Eastern division, while driving the wholesale strategy, expanding into new markets and growing market share within our existing footprint. Jeff brings his know-how and momentum to the Wholesale Lending Channel after having served as the Managing Director for HomePoint Financial and its predecessor organization, Stonegate Mortgage, for the last 10 years. He was a contributor to exponential market share growth at both firms.

Based in Oregon, Christian began his career with Sierra Pacific after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration. After spending a few years as a loan originator, Christian began a successful career as an Account Executive. He then moved up to internal management roles, sharing his skills with his region’s sales teams. In his current role, Christian prioritizes supporting his Account Executives while devising new ways to improve the lives of Sierra Pacific borrowers and staff.

Amanda has spent the majority of her career at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, rotating through different departments in the organization before landing her role as the Director of TPO Support. Amanda started her career in the Wholesale Channel as a Set-Up Specialist in the Bay Area Fulfillment Center before quickly transitioning to an Account Executive, where she earned Top Producer awards. Having that experience allows her to think from those perspectives working on Wholesale and Corporate initiatives to drive the business forward, while keeping things like Unsurpassed Speed and providing a WOW Experience in mind.

As the Vice President/Division Manager – Western TPO, Jennifer is responsible for leading Sierra’s best-in-class Western TPO Fulfillment team while helping modernize and improve the new broker experience for both Partners and Account Executives. With more than two decades of operational leadership experience, and being named on HousingWire’s list of 2019 Women with Vision, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to our fulfillment team.
Jennifer’s background working on large-scale strategic initiatives with operations and technology has helped in creating a more customer-centric process. At Sierra Pacific, she is focused on emphasizing the importance of the customer and broker experience with the understanding that human connection will never be replaced by leveraging technology.

As a Divisional Operations Manager of Sierra Pacific’s East Coast fulfillment site, Liz is responsible for implementing operations strategies that drive growth, optimizing workflow and creating a “WOW” experience for our partners and associates. She is totally committed to the division’s operations and sales team , providing the essential support for them to drive productivity and exceed their career goals.
After earning a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, Liz began her career managing production growth and operations at a regional lender. She joined Sierra Pacific as Regional Manager in 2007 and was quickly promoted to manage the Eastern Regional Center in 2010.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Jim Coffrini oversees all company operations with his clear vision and well-defined strategies. Jim's entrepreneurial approach and his 30+ years of experience in the Mortgage Banking industry have helped him to implement his vision to be a leading national mortgage banking company, delivering quality products and superior service to its customers.
Jim started the company in 1986, and since its inception, he has focused on three core values: operational excellence, technology, and innovative products. By adhering to these tenets, Sierra Pacific Mortgage continues to grow and is recognized as a responsible lender committed to meeting the expectations of clients and customers alike.
As Sierra Pacific’s Chief Production Officer, Jay is responsible for increasing the company’s national presence in all Production channels. A career mortgage banker, his background includes key executive leadership roles combined with an impressive list of accomplishments.
Currently, he is creating and implementing strategies for growing Sierra Pacific’s market share for the Retail, Wholesale, and Consumer Direct divisions. Jay has spent over 20 years in the financial industry, most recently as Senior Vice President of Retail Lending with Sierra Pacific, managing the Retail, Consumer Direct and Builder Divisions. He also served as Executive Vice President Joint Ventures at Stearns Lending and Senior Vice President Sales Development at Stearns Lending. He has worked in several different roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Greenpoint Financial, Barclays Global Investors, and E-Trade Financial.
As a former top originator, branch manager, and account executive, Jay’s passion for creating a collaborative internal culture empowers him to provide innovative marketing, technology and sales tools to hundreds of Sierra Pacific originators across the nation.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Gary oversees Risk, Operations and Information Technology. Gary brings to this role over 30 years of mortgage industry knowledge. Beginning his career as a loan originator and then expanding into construction lending, secondary marketing, and compliance, and then bringing it all together with banking operations expertise, Gary has the well-rounded lending experience needed to help drive our corporate goals.
Gary was awarded the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker by the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2006 and is one of only 1,500 employed in the industry to hold this prestigious designation. Gary and his team at Sierra Pacific Mortgage continue to successfully grow our national lending framework.
Joe brings an impressive 25 years of leadership experience in the banking and financial services industry. He has a deep knowledge of the regulatory issues surrounding mortgage and consumer lending for both origination and servicing. In his new role, he will be responsible for compliance training, risk assessments, our overall Compliance Management System, and the facilitation of all regulatory examinations.
Prior to joining Sierra Pacific, Joe was the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Regulatory Counsel at Celebrity Home Loans. Joe received his BA in Political Science from the University of Washington in 1988, and his JD from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 1993.
Curtis possesses over 30 years of experience in diverse accounting, finance, lending, audit, tax and SEC-related engagements. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the financial and investor reporting, budgeting, cash management, warehouse lending, and human resource and loan servicing functions.
Curtis graduated from UC Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He has also completed Levels I and II of the School of Mortgage Banking. Curtis has served on the Board of the Sacramento Ballet as its Treasurer, was past President of the local chapter of the Financial Managers’ Society and a church organization, and has been involved in other many community organizations.
Susan Roy is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Sierra Pacific's Retail, Wholesale, and Consumer Direct divisions’ operational, credit risk, and mortgage underwriting practices. Susan comes to Sierra Pacific with thirty years of experience in mortgage banking, including underwriting and both retail and wholesale operations.
Susan was previously head of National Operations at Pinnacle Capital Mortgage and Vice President of National Wholesale and Western Retail Operations & Underwriting at Finance of America. Susan also previously worked at Sierra Pacific from 2001-2007 as a Senior Government Underwriter.
