Jon’s career in Wholesale and Correspondent banking spans over two decades where he has a proven track record of building top performing sales teams. He excels at forging strong partnerships with fulfillment leaders, collaborating with his people to reach their full potential, all while never losing site of the company’s core values. As the Executive Vice President of TPO Sales, we expect to see Account Executives in both new and existing markets flourish under Jon’s leadership. Prior to joining Sierra Pacific Wholesale, Jon served in leadership positions at MetLife, Stearns, and Citizens Bank.

About Christian
Based in Oregon, Christian began his career with Sierra Pacific after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration. After spending a few years as a loan originator, Christian began a successful career as an Account Executive. He then moved up to internal management roles, sharing his skills with his region’s sales teams. In his current role, Christian prioritizes supporting his Account Executives while devising new ways to improve the lives of Sierra Pacific borrowers and staff.

About Corey
Corey is very excited to be a part of the growth for the Non-Delegated and Wholesale channel in the Western Division. His background has included leadership positions at some of the largest TPO Lenders in the country, including Countrywide, Bank of America, PennyMac and Stearns. Corey’s strengths as a leader include being a champion of a collaborative and supportive team that builds and takes pride in the success of all its members. Another asset of Corey’s is his understanding and knowledge of all aspects of Wholesale Mortgage business, including Sales, Operations, Secondary and Finance. As a leader, Corey is proud of the consistent production that exceeds goal. Both his drive and sales experience make him an exceptional asset to both our broker partners and team.
