- Errors and Omissions Insurance coverage of $300,000
- Fidelity Bond in the amount of $300,000
- Proper licensing to originate and sell loans in the applicable states
- An institutional warehouse line capacity of $1,000,000 (cash funding allowed for banks and credit unions only)
- Be in good standing with all regulatory, licensing, and revenue collection agencies
- Active Correspondent Lender for a minimum of 6 months
- Acceptable background check of Owners, Partner or Principals with 25% or greater ownership
