Seller Requirements

• Minimum unaudited net worth of $75,000
• Errors and Omissions Insurance coverage of $300,000
• Fidelity Bond in the amount of $300,000
• Proper licensing to originate and sell loans in the applicable states
• An institutional warehouse line capacity of $1,000,000 (cash funding allowed for banks and credit unions only)
• Be in good standing with all regulatory, licensing, and revenue collection agencies
• Active Correspondent Lender for a minimum of 6 months
• Acceptable background check of Owners, Partner or Principals with 25% or greater ownership
