What Training and Production support system does Sierra Pacific utilize?
Training begins with a Branch Orientation for Branch Managers and their branch employees. Facilitated by the Regional Retail Manager, dedicated Account Executive and various administrative support personnel, the training will cover all information needed for the branch to operate and succeed. Additionally, on-going production support is provided by a Regional Manager and Account Executive. All employees will also be granted 24/7 online access to the Sierra Pacific Intranet; our company portal holding all documents, information and systems needed to successfully operate.
Do you have local underwriting support?
Sierra Pacific Mortgage operates 8 Regional Fulfillment Centers for processing, underwriting and closing support. Our Regional Centers cover originators in 49 states.
How do I insure I am in Compliance with State and Federal regulations?
Sierra Pacific's Compliance Department is fully staffed with compliance experts. Our Compliance Department, along with legal counsel from attorney's specializing in mortgage banking, provides guidelines and policies and procedures for the branches to use. The Compliance Department is available for Q & A, training, audits, and licensing support and tracking through NMLS.
How do I benefit from the technology systems at Sierra Pacific?
Sierra Pacific is committed to technology and developing easy-to-use systems for our customers. All Sierra Pacific employees’ are issued an individual web user account and will receive email notifications on important steps of the loan process. The pipeline information is viewable 24/7 and loans can be uploaded at any time and submitted through the E-folder. Loans are submitted to DU through Sierra Pacific's ExpressLoan at no charge to the branch. The proprietary origination system, ExpressLoan, is thoroughly supported and interfaces with the proprietary Operating system at Sierra Pacific. Branch personnel will always have the loan information they need no matter what time it is or where they are.
