President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Jim Coffrini oversees all company operations with his clear vision and well defined strategies. Jim's entrepreneurial approach and his 30+ years of experience in the Mortgage Banking industry has helped him to implement his vision to be a leading national mortgage banking company, delivering quality products and superior service to its customers.
Jim started the company in 1986 and since inception he has focused on three core values; operational excellence, technology, and innovative products. By adhering to these tenets, Sierra Pacific Mortgage Continues to grow and is recognized as a responsible lender committed to meeting the expectations of clients and customers alike.
Executive Vice President
As Vice President of National Production, Chuck oversees all retail, wholesale and correspondent production. Chuck’s scope of responsibilities includes marketing, PR, sales training, production team management, production-related technology implementation, Human Resources and Compliance actions.
Chuck brings 20+ years of mortgage banking sales, operations and strategic leadership expertise to Sierra Pacific. Certified in both Leadership Effectiveness and Organizational Coaching, he is devoted to developing himself and his teams to the best they can be. Chuck is leading the growth initiatives nationally by helping recruit and build high performing teams. With a lifetime learning mindset, and passion for both leadership and the study of human performance, Chuck has helped to establish a positive company culture and strategic vision for Sierra Pacific’s future.
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer, Gary oversees Risk, Operations and Information Technology. Gary brings to this role over 30 years of mortgage industry knowledge. Beginning his career as a loan originator and then expanding into construction lending, secondary marketing, compliance and then bringing it all together with banking operations expertise, gives Gary the well rounded lending experience needed to help drive our corporate goals.
Gary was awarded the designation of Certified Mortgage Banker by the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2006 and is one of only 1,500 employed in the industry to hold this prestigious designation. Gary and his team at Sierra Pacific Mortgage continue to successfully grow our national lending framework.
Vice President Capital Markets
As Vice President of Capital Markets, Lonnie oversees pricing, hedging, servicing retention, investor relations, product development and post-closing. Lonnie is a veteran in the Mortgage Banking industry with more than 30 years of experience.
Prior to joining Sierra Pacific, Lonnie spent nearly 25 years in Capital Markets managing portfolio lending, private securitizations and independent mortgage bankers. His additional included a number of years focused in retail lending for residential and small commercial.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Paul oversees the financial and investor reporting, budgeting, cash management, warehouse lending, and human resource and loan servicing functions. Paul continues to play a fundamental role in developing the Company business strategy.
Paul has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, with over 8 years in the Mortgage Banking industry. He is a CPA and specializes in financial reporting, acquisition integration, financial analysis and product pricing.
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Jim oversees all aspects of information technology systems supporting Sierra Pacific business channels, in addition to enterprise applications and systems for all corporate processes.
Jim has over 25 years of experience in business management, with 15 years of experience managing complex projects. Certified by PMI as a Project Management Professional since 2001, Jim is particularly strong in managing information technology projects with a unique ability to apply business savvy to technical projects in order to formulate strategic solutions.
General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer
As the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Jeff oversees all legal and compliance functions at Sierra Pacific, including our relations with regulatory agencies, compliance management system, compliance training, licensing and reporting, and claims management.
Jeff is a licensed attorney and an honor graduate of Tulane Law School. He brings over 25 years of legal and mortgage lending experience. He has published multiple books and guides on the mortgage lending process and regulatory compliance, and has served as an expert voice on regulatory reform in the U.S. Congress and in a variety of media ranging from C-SPAN to the Wall Street Journal. Jeff also serves as Sierra Pacific’s HMDA officer and BSA officer.
Vice President of National Operations
As Vice President of National Operations, Rick is responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of retail, wholesale, correspondent and consumer direct operations practices. Rick is coming to Sierra Pacific Mortgage with over 30 years of experience in the industry and has held various senior management roles for many of the nation’s leading financial institutions.
Rick’s direction for the Sierra Pacific Mortgage Operations teams is to create an environment of open communication, support and always improving the customer experience. Our customers are everyone associated with the transaction from the borrower to the insuring and shipping associate. Always looking, developing and finding new ways of enhancing our Regional Operations Centers.
Vice President of Retail Lending
As Vice President of Retail Lending, Jay oversees the Retail, Consumer Direct and Builder Divisions, and is responsible for the growth and direction of all Retail Lending activities nationwide. Jay is a seasoned mortgage banker who has served in many key Executive leadership roles where he had exceptional success in building top performing sales teams Nationwide.
As a former top originator, branch manager, and account executive, Jay’s field level experience helped him create and develop training, marketing, technology and sales tools that have helped hundreds of originators reach new goals and create new opportunities and career growth. Jay’s focus on customer experience and passion for developing communities and culture creates a collaborative and innovative culture which is critical for our Sales Peoples Success.
